I'm sooooooooo tired n ther's NCC shooting course 2moro. i hardly even hav time 2 do my h/w.After that ther's still tution...nooooo...I really wanna change out of this blogskin but i keep getting dunno wat XML error crap...I hate it!!!!

Alpha yr butts down:sit down saying our motto:Destined 2 lead,Alpha[low tone]
Alpha yr feets up: stand up sayin motto n alpha[low tone]
squeeze:obviously jus squeezin in when fallin in,we hav 2 say squeeze of course
spread:spread while saying spread
Alpha fall in:gather saying fall in ,stand up straight in sadeya position
note:if u wanna move,raise up a clenched fist saying"permissions 4 adjustment [rank] "
when u sit, u mus sit up straight while putting 2 clenched fists on yr laps
Demostrater's sadeya:a 90'degree raise of leg n move yr hamnds 2ward the front
Demo's sarangderi[i think]:a 90' degree raise of leg again n move yr hands bac 2 yr back[remember 2 lock yr hand]
